Character Certificate Online Apply Process

Login into the dashboard

1. Sabse pehle HimSeva Portal ki official website par jaayein: https://himseva.hp.gov.in/
2. Homepage par diye gaye “Citizen Login” option par click karein.
3. Apne account mein login karne ke liye aap HimAccess ID, Mobile Number, Username & Password, Aadhaar Number ya Email ID ke madhyam se login kar sakte hain.
4. Login hone ke baad apko dashboard par redirect ho jayenge, jahan aapko sabhi available services ki list dikhai degi.
5. Services ki list mein se “Character Certificate” service ko select karein.
6. Character Certificate service open hone ke baad “New Application” button par click karein aur application process shuru karein.

Fill application form

1. Apko first Tab show hoga applicant personal details isko fill kijiyega
2. Uske baad dusra tab Father/Mother/Husband ki details ka aayega usko bhariyega
3. Next tab apko address details ka aayega aap usko fill kijiyega
4. Fir apko 4th tab show hoga upload documents ka usme aap apna residence proof, photo identity proof, pardhan ki report attach kijiyega aur sath me police verification report bhi daliyega agar apke pass offline padi hai to agar nhi hai to aap online wala option hi select kijiyega.

Submit the application form

1. Jese hi ye sare Tabs complete ho jayenge uske baad submit kar dijiyega.
2. AI apke documents ko check karega agar usko koi information me dikkat lagegi to wo apko alert kar dega. Agar sab kuch thik raha to aap yes par click karke submit kar dijiyega.
3. Ab apko ak temporary number generate ho jayega.

Pay the required fees

1. Ab apko ak “Pay” ke option par click karna padega aur apne payement gateway jese google pay, phone pay, netbanking, paytm etc. se payment kar dijiyega.
2. Uske baad ye apko redirect kar dega apke himseva portal par.
3. Ab apko ak permanant application number mil jayega. Jisko aap track bhi kar sakte hain.

Offline Apply Process

1. Agar online facility available nahi hai to nearest police station ya SDM office visit kare.
2. Waha application form fill karke documents submit kare aur receipt collect kare.
3. Kai areas me local police inquiry bhi hoti hai.
