Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
Qualifications: Passed 10th standard (S.S.C/Matriculation) from the concerned state/UT the candidate should be an undergraduate as on 01/01/2026. Graduates and candidates possessing higher qualification are not eligible to apply.
Essential Qualifications : A candidate belonging to ex- serviceman category should have passed 10th standard (S.S.C/ matriculation) and rendered at least 15 years of defence service, provided they have not graduated outside the armed forces
Desirable: Candidate applying to a recruiting office should be proficient in the language (i.e. 9 know to read, write, speak, and understand the language) of the state/UT falling under the office.
Experience: Candidates having work experience in Reserve Bank of India to the extent of number of years of such experience, subject to maximum of 3 years
- Age limit
Minimum Age: 18 years
Maximum Age: 25 years
Relaxation in the upper age limit: upper age limit will be relaxed as under:
Persons with benchmark disabilities (PwBD) by up to 10 years (GEN/EWS), 13 years (OBC) & 15 years (SC/ST)
Ex- service men: to the extent of service rendered by them in Armed forces plus an additional period of 3 years subject to maximum of 50 years
Widows/Divorced women /women judicially separated who are not re-married: up to 35 years (40 years of SC/ST)
Candidates having work experience in Reserve Bank of India: To the extent of number of years of such experience subject to maximum 3 years

How to Apply Online (Step-by-Step)
Candidates can apply online only at the link: “Recruitment for the post of Officer Attendant – PY 2025,” and no other mode of application will be accepted.
To make online payment of application fees/ intimation charges candidate should keep the necessary details/ documents ready.
Candidates satisfying the conditions of eligibility as on January 01, 2026 are first required to visit the URL “Recruitment for the post of Office Attendant – PY 2025” in the advertisement page for filling the ‘Online Application’
Candidates will have to enter their basic details and upload the photograph, signature, lift thumb impression and a hand-written declaration in the online application from as per the specifications given.
To register application, choose the tab ”Click here for New Registration Number and Password will be generated by the system and displayed on the screen.
Selection Process
· Selected candidates will draw a starting basic pay of ₹24250/-per month in the scale of ₹24250-840(4)-27610-980(3)-30550-1200(3)-34150-1620(2)-37390-1990(4)-45350-2700(2)-50750-2800(1)-53550
· At present initial monthly gross emoluments (without HRA) for office attendants will be approximately ₹ 46029/- per month
