· Educational Qualification
- Essential Qualification for Research Assistant: Postgraduate in Social Science Discipline with a minimum 55% marks with NET/M.Phil./PhD
- Essential Qualification for Field Investigators: Postgraduate in Social Science Discipline with a minimum 55% marks
- Desirable Qualification: Proficient in Odia, Hindi, and English
- Desirable Qualification: Knowledge of MS Office, SPSS, STATA, NVivo/MAXQDA is desirable
- Prior Field/Research/Ethnographic study experience with the tribal community/research area will be given preference
